Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves, powdered sugar, and water in a collins glass. Fill glass with shaved or crushed ice and add bourbon. Top with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw.

There isn’t enough mint. You need a good bunch at least. There also ought to be plenty of lime and lime juice, and sugar syrup, as distinct from sugar.
I don’t know what this is, but this is not a mint julep. Powdered sugar? yech.
