This tropical twist on the mojito uses pineapple rum, pineapple juice and pineapple mint, a variety of mint that has a fruity flavor. You can find pineapple mint at specialty food stores or grow your own.
Ingredients
- 2 parts Pineapple rum
- 1 part Lime juice
- top up Soda water
- 10 Pineapple mint You can find pineapple mint at specialty food stores or grow your own.
- 1 part Ice cubes
- 1 Lime slice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
- Mash the mint and sugar together. Add the pineapple rum and lime juice and pour over the ice.
- Use a highball glass. Top up with soda water.
