Mango Mojito
This tropical mojito uses mango rum and mango juice to add some exotic flair to your drink. Mangoes are juicy, sweet and aromatic and complement the mint and lime well.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz White rum
- 1 part Lime juice
- top up Mango juice You can also use fresh or frozen mango chunks if you prefer more texture in your drink
- 10 Mint sprigs
- some Ice cubes
- 1 slice Lime
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
Instructions
- Mash the mint and sugar together.
- Add the (dark or light) rum and lime juice and pour over the ice.
- Top up with mango juice. Use a highball glass.
- Garnish with fresh mango
