Frohito – Frozen Mojito

This frozen mojito uses crushed ice and mint syrup to create a slushy-like drink that is perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Mint syrup replaces fresh mint for easier blending and adds more sweetness to your drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White rum
- 1 oz Mint syrup
- 1 part Lime juice
- 1 glass Ice (crushed)
- 1 slice Lime
- coconut cream optional
Instructions
- Add 1/2 ounce of the mint syrup to a chilled highball glass
- Blend the rum, lime juice and ice until a smooth and foamy consistency.
- Pour the mixture into the glass and top with an additional ½ oz of the mint syrup.
- You can also add some cream of coconut for a creamier and richer drink
