Hot and Cold Cocktail

Pour nicely chilled Cherry liquer in to a Martini glass, WITH NO ICE, and layer the cherry brandy on top. Flame the drink and make sure you only let it ignite for a little while so that the Cherry brandy on the bottom remains cold, the cherry liquer on top should be warm or even hot after being flamed. Garnish by floating a Maraschino Cherry.
