Mojito Diablo

This devilish mojito uses tequila and creme de cassis, a blackcurrant liqueur, instead of rum and sugar. Tequila gives your drink a kick of agave flavor and creme de cassis adds a rich and fruity sweetness. The color of this drink is also stunning, as the creme de cassis sinks to the bottom and creates a gradient effect.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Tequila
- 1 part Lime juice
- top up Soda water
- 10 Mint sprigs
- some Ice cubes
- 1 Lime slice
- 0.5 oz Crème de cassis
Instructions
- Mash the mint and sugar together. Add the tequila and lime juice and pour over the ice.
- Add the casis and it will sink to the bottom
- Top up with soda water. Use a highball glass.
