My favorate of all time, but used CRUSHED ICE not CUBES!
This drink is the business.
I like people who are complex in their constitution but singular in their outward expression. People who deliver powerful meanings but do so calmly and without getting excited. I like people who are fresh and young, sweet and sour. The esteemed Mai Tai is the alcoholic personification of just these qualities. If you ever watch a good barman creating one, you may be alarmed at what seems like a ridculous succession of exotic liqours being directed recklessly into a single glass.
I WANT TO THANK THE STAFF AT LOOP IN CROYDON FOR DOING THE BEST MAI TAI I HAVE EVER HAD
My favourite cocktail – immediately transports me to Chiang Mai – a restaurant called The House where the food was amazing and the Mai Tais delicious.
forget the cocktails: check out stephen z’s comments! what a really cool, insightful bloke.
Oh. My. God. . . Approach with trepidation!
