- Add the Dooleys, Creme de Cacao, milk and ice into a shaker and shake well.
Pour a little chocolate syrup around the top of the inside of a Soda glass, so that it dribbles down to the bottom.
Pour the contents on the shaker into the glass, then pour the cream on top (either whipped or from a can e.g. Anchor Cream or Elmlea)
Pour a little Chocolate syrup across the top in a zig – zag formation.
Add a couple of Straws and a stirrer.
Drink and enjoy!
