Sazerac Cocktail
Mix all but Pernod until sugar is dissolved. Put Pernod in old fashioned glass. Strain rest into glass. Add ice.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- dash of Angostura bitters
- dash of Pernod

exellent drink,prefer absinth rinse, peychaud bitters and a good quality, rye, or cognac for a real smooth drink

A great sipping cocktial, better with an absinthe rinse and added peychauds bitters. Use 2oz cognac for a smoother drink.
