- 1 part White rum
- dash of Lime cordial
- dash of Lime juice
- 1 part Pineapple juice
- wedge of Lime
- 5 Mint sprigs
- 2 parts Ice (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- dash of Grenadine
Instructions
- “muddle” 4 sprigs of mint, lime juice and grenadine in bottom of glass. add ice and stir in sugar so as to mix with ice. add rum, pinapple juice and squeeze in lime and drop into drink. serve with mint (with icing sugar) garnish and pummeling rod. Use rough, chunky sugar. Use Bicardi Limon instead of white rum and lime cordial.
