Ingredients
- 1 1/2 parts Baileys® irish cream
- 1 part Crème de cacao (white)
- 1 1/2 parts Crème de menthe (green)
- top up Half and half
- pinch of Mint sprigs
- no measure Ice cubes
Instructions
- Mix the 3 liquers in a boston glass and shake in a boston tin with ice. add enough half and half now so the mixture will fill 1 ‘highball’ glass filled with ice, and shake again, only to mix the liquer and half and half. strain into highball glass filled with ice and garnish with mint sprigs.
