- 4 Bourbon
- juice of 1/2 Lime juice
- 1 Mint sprigs
- pinch of Nutmeg
- 2 scoops Ice (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Muddle 10 mint leaves with 1 bar spoon caster sugar and 1 bar spoon gomme (sugar syrup).Fill 2/3 with crushed ice. Add 4 count buffalo trace bourbon and 2 count lime juice. Top with crushed ice, float amaretto. Sprinkle nutmeg and “clap” mint sprig to release aroma. Add to garnish
