- 1 part Golden rum
- 1/2 Lime juice
- 2 parts Soda water
- 2 Mint sprigs
- 4 Ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
Instructions
- Put two teaspoons of sugar in a cylindrical glass
Add the juice of half a lime – has to cover all the sugar
Add two mint sprigs
Pour two parts of sparkling water (9cl)
Muddle well
Pour one part of Havana Club 3 años rum (4,5cl)
Add 4 ice cubes
Stir well
