- 3 Lbs. Sugar
- 2 Cakes Yeast
- no measure Lemon
Instructions
- Boil the celery in a gallon of water for at least 15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool; combine with the sugar, lemon slices and the yeast and store in a warm place for several days. Re-strain; seal in a crock pot and allow to ferment for several weeks. Store in bottles for future use.
