- 1 teaspoon Cointreau®
- 1 part Malibu
- 2 parts Lemon juice
- 3 parts Pineapple juice
- 1 Lemon slice
- no measure Pineapple
- 5 Ice (crushed)
Instructions
- Pour dark rum, Cointreau, lemon and pineapple juices and Malibu in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well. Garnish with pineapple chunks and the lemon slice. Drink with a straw.
