- 2 parts Gin
- 1 part Blue curaçao
- 1 part Cointreau®
- 5 Parts Pineapple juice
- 1/4 tablespoon Half and half
- 1 Lime slice
- 1 Maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Pour Gin, Cointreau and blue curacao in a cocktail shaker, add a few cubes of ice and pineapple juice last but not the least add half n half in it. close the shaker and shake well.
Pour the drink into a champaign tulip glass garnish it with a slice of lemon and maraschino cherry spiked with a toothpick.
