Barley cider Cocktail
Combine in a large wooden cask; stir well. Seal and allow to ferment. When ready, strain off into another cask to age.
Ingredients:
- 12 Gal. Apple cider
- 5 Lbs. Sugar
- 2 Lbs. Raisins
- 2 quarts Barley
- 2 oz. Olive oil
