Ingredients
- 1 part White rum
- 1 part Crème de banana
- 1 part Crème de cacao (white)
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients with a little crushed ice and serve either in two flute glasses or one hurricane glass.
I think this is a sharing drink so opt for the former.

I have now tried this with a good cornish ‘vanilla’ ice cream and a cheap white vanilla ice cream. If you try it with a cheap ice please do not dismiss it as the better ices make all the difference.
