Ingredients
- 3 parts Gin
- 1 part Cherry brandy
- top up Soda water
- 1/2 part Lemon juice
- 4 Ice cubes
- 1 Maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lemon juice, cherry brandy and gin over the ice and shake until frost forms. Pour without straining into a hurricane glass and top up with soda water. Decorate with a cherry and straws.

What a drink! but beware, after a clouple of these you have to watch yourself. those 3 shots of gin pack quite a punch, which slips down quite unnoticed. a great one to give relatives when you dont fancy an after dinner chat!
