- 1/2 part Amaretto Di Saronno®
- 1 part Galliano
- 3 parts Orange juice
Instructions
- Two thirds fill a 7oz rocks glass with crushed/cracked ice. Pour in amaretto and orange juice, then stir. then gently pour galliano over back of a spoon, this should float on top. garnish with fresh watermelon (a wedge of this has the colours of italian flag) do not stir or drink with straw. the amaretto/orange base should be drunk through the galliano.
