Ingredients
- 1 part Tequila
- 1 part Peach schnapps
- 1 part Apple juice
Instructions
- Take a tumbler and place a piece of nectarine at the bottom of it … make sure to have peeled the skin totally so all you get is soft fruit. Over this add crushed ice.
Add a shot of Peach Schnapps / Archers … a shot of golden tequila … and just over a shot of clear apple juice.
If you want you can mix the ingredients in a shaker first and then pour over the ice.
Leave for a while before serving to give the nectarine a chance to soak up some of the other flavours.
