Method
- Take equal measures of Polish Bison Grass Vodka and Freshly pressed Apple juice, a dash of almond syrup (sirop d’orgeat) and lemon juice, shake hard and fine (double) strain into a champagne flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with 2 apple slices on the rim, meeting in the middle of the glass (to look like wings).
