Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Dark rum
- 1 tablespoon Limoncello
- juice of 1/4 Lemon juice
- juice of 1/2 Lime juice
- top up Lemonade
- 1 Strawberries
Instructions
- Mix the lemon & lime juice in a glass with the limoncello & rum. Add a few ice cubes & then top up with about 150ml of lemonade. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.
Created by Dr Bush at a Lodge Moor party; the strawberry garnish represents Ben’s eye after he snapped a balloon into it… ‘one in the eye’!
