- 1 part Martini extra dry
- 1 part Passion fruit concentrate
- 1 part Dr. Pepper®
- 1 part Milk (instant)
- 1 part Chocolate flake
- 1 part Cinnamon
- top up Cream
- 1 part Egg white
- 1 Ice (crushed)
- pinch of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Rock candy syrup
