Excellent after-dinner cocktail which we often use to replace pudding. We sprinkle grated 'Peppermint Crisp' (chocolate coated peppermint-based snack bar)on top. A more authentic 'replica' of Kilimanjaro could be to use chocolate ice cream (brown earth) and sprinkle with icing sugar (snow cap) on top. . . .
