- 2 parts Dark rum
- juice of 1/2 Lime juice
- no measure Orange rind
- 1 part Grenadine
- 1/2 part Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Add 50 ml dark rum (pref Havana Especial), to a boston glass filled with cubed ice. Add juice of half a lime, and a large dash of Gomme. Add 25 ml of grenadine. Shake and strain into a frosted martini glass, which will have been pre-garnished with a sugar rim. Zest an orange over top of drink, but do not add rind
