- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 tsp. Sugar syrup
- Pinch Nutmeg
Instructions
- Heat all ingredients, except spice, in a saucepan over low heat, stirring regularly to make certain milk does not scorch. When piping hot, pour into a heat-proof mug that has been rinsed in boiling water and top with nutmeeg or spice of your choice.
