- 1 part Brandy
- 1/2 part Grand marnier
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- top up Champagne
- 1 Maraschino cherry
- 1 Strawberries
- 1 Sugar cube
Instructions
- Soak cube in bitters and allow to dry. Place soaked bitter cube and cherry in sparkling flute. Pour 20ml cognac and 10ml Grand Marnier over sugar cube. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with strawberry on side of glass.
