- 2 parts Brandy
- 1 teaspoon Sugar syrup
- no measure Milk
- 5 Ice cubes
- 1 Egg
- no measure Grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the egg, sugar syrup, brandy and 1/4 pint of milk. Shake for about 1 minute. Strain into a tumbler and sprinkle with some nutmeg.
