- 2 parts Brandy
- 1/2 part Blue curaçao
- 1/2 part Pineapple juice
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
- 5 Ice cubes
- Put the ice cubes into a mixing glass. Shake the bitters over the ice and add the pineapple juice, curacao and brandy. Stir until frothy, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Decorate with a spiral of orange rind.
