  • Bar Spoon
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Ice Cream Scoop
  • Scales

Method
 

  1. Muddle 3 Lime Wedges with 1 teaspoon brown sugar & 3 bar spoons of Maraschino cherry juice. Add 1oz Bacardi Oro & 1oz Maraschino Liqueur. Shake and strain into a Collins glass & top with coke. Stir & serve.
