- 1 part Vodka
- juice of 1/4 Lemon juice
- 1 part Water
- dash of Angostura bitters
- 1 Beef bullion cubes
- pinch of Celery salt
- 1 part Ice cubes
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- 1.Dissolve 1 Beef Bullion cube in 3 oz. of Water and let cool.
2.In a shaker add ice cubes, juice of 1/4 Lemon juice, a dash of Angostura bitters, a pinch of Celery Salt, a dash of Tabasco sauce, a dash of Worcestershire Sauce, 3 oz.of Vodka and 3oz. of the cold Beef Bullion.
3. Shake and pour into a stemed glasses.
Cocktail may be served with a celery stick or plain.
