I had this this year when I went to Valencia, and it is GORGEOUS. Lots of recipes talk about champagne, but it is more usually a spanish sparkling wine; and also Cointreau, but the local bartenders I talked to used gin, vodka, and rum instead, allowing the orange juice to give the flavour. It doesn’t taste alcoholic, so it is easy to get drunk on. What’s more, the bartenders only serve it in jugs so you have to share with someone, you can’t order singles.
