Ingredients
- 3 parts Absinthe
- 2 parts Galliano
- dash of Midori® melon liqueur
- 1 Cherry
- 1 Sugar cube
- 1 part Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Use Strega instead of Galliano.
In mixing glass add ice and syrup. Put spoon on top with sugar cube. Drench in Absinth and ignite. Cold press cube after a few seconds with ice cube. In separte Old Fashion glass pour Strega. Stir, strain and float Absinth over it.Splash Midori. Garnish with cherry. Tasty but Beware
