  • Hawthorne strainer

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker except the tia maria, along with about 8 icecubes. Shake until very cold. Strain into a tall slim glass. Pour over the Tia Maria to finish. Garnish with red-cherry-lips.
