  • Bar Spoon
  • Cocktail Umbrellas

Method
 

  1. Pour the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lemon juice, orange juice, rum, cream and sugar syrup over the ice. Shake then pour into a goblet. Top up with soda water. Decorate with an orange and strawberry slice on a cocktail stick.
