- 2 parts Crème de coconut
- 1 part Martini bianco (dry)
- 2 parts Pineapple juice
- 2 parts Milk
- pinch of Brown sugar
- top up Ice (crushed)
- 1 part Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Shake the Anis, Creme de Coconut, Martini, Pineapple, Milk and sugar syrup with ice. Pour into a martini/cocktail glass rimmed with white sugar, topped up with crushed ice and brown sugar sprinkled on top.
