Mix the Irish cream (Baileys), Tia Maria and milk in a blender, pouring in the syrup as you go. Serve in a cocktail glass poured over two small scoops of vanilla ice cream and garnish with a flake. If you prefer crumble the flake into the mix after using the blender and mix lightly before serving.
