- 3 parts Vodka
- top up Soda water
- no measure Lime
- 1 Lime rind
- no measure Mint sprigs
- 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
- top up Ice (crushed)
- dash of Grenadine
Instructions
- 1.Muddle lime, mint leaves and sugar in long glass
2.Add vodka and mix.
3.Fill glass with crushed ice and top off with soda.
4.Float dash of Grenadine.
5.Garnish with twist of lime rind.
