- 1 bottle White wine
- 4 oz. Brandy
- 2 oz. Sugar
- 1 pint Soda water
- no measure Pears slice
- no measure Apple slice
- no measure Orange slice
Instructions
- Combine Wine and sugar with fruit and allow to stand for at least 2 hours. Add Brandy, soda and chunks of ice right before serving. Stir well.
