Combine vodka, strawberry juice and Galliano and shake with ice. Strain into a flute and top up with champagne. Garnish by floating a slice of strawberry. (TIP - This drink will foam up out of the glass when the champagne is poured. To avoid this, combine the mixture with the champagne in a large jug and let the bubbles settle before pouring)
