Put the ice into a glass and add just over half a glass of orange juice. Next add about 12.5ml of Blue Curacao, do not mix it in, let it seep down as this provides a beautiful colour change for you and whoever else you serve the drinks to to enjoy. Serve up 4 of these with a bottle of champagne and allow people to add the champagne as they wish.
