Chop big lemon slice into quarters and place into Shaker.
Pour Gin, Malibu and Blueberry Schnapps into the Shaker. Add crushed ice if desired (recomended).
Top up with Orange Juice and Shake well.
Pour into glass over more crushed ice and stir lightly.
