Ingredients
- 2 parts Irish whiskey
- 2 parts Baileys® irish cream
- 5 tablespoons Cream
- 3 tablespoons Ice cream
- no measure Mint sprigs
- 3 tablespoons Ice (crushed)
Instructions
- Place 3 Tablespoons of ice into a blender. Add in 2 parts of Irish Whiskey, then add 2 parts Baileys, 3 tablespoons of ice cream and 4-5 tablespoons of cream. Blend until a milkshake like consistency, serve in a martini glass and finish with a sprig of mint.
