Ingredients

2 part White rum
1 part Lime juice
top up Champagne
10 sprigs Mint sprigs
1 tsp Brown sugar

Instructions

Fold and twist the sprig, add to glass with lime and sugar.
Muddle/Macerate to release the flavours.
Place it all in a champagne flute or highball glass, add crushed ice, rum and top up with champagne.
