- no measure Coffee
- 1 oz. Dark rum
- 1 oz. Brandy
- no measure Orange rind
- 1 Generous Tbsp. Vanilla ice cream
- Pinch Cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour coconut syrup and hot coffee into a large, heat-proof mug that has been rinsed with hot water. Stir until syrup is dissolved. Add rum, cognac, orange peel, and ice cream float. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
