- 1.5 oz. Coconut cream
- 4 oz. Pineapple juice
- 1 cup Ice (crushed)
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a Blender. Blend well at High speed. Pour drink into a Collins glass and garnish with a Pineapple slice or Plastic Monkey.
