  • Mixing Glass
  • Hawthorne strainer

Ingredients

  • 1 part Cherry brandy
  • 1/2 part Crème de cacao (white)
  • 1/2 part Crème de mûre
  • 1/2 part Raspberry liqueur
  • top up Cream
  • pinch of Chocolate
  • dash of Sugar syrup

Instructions

  • Combine the Cherry Brandy, Creme de cacao (white), Creme de mure and Framboise (raspberry liqueur) in a Boston glass.

    Add a dash of Sugar syrup

    Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass.

    Layer the Cream over the top of the other ingredients. creating a thick layer of white over a rich purple.

    sprinkle some grated chocolate on top as a decoration
