- 1 1/2 parts White rum
- 1 part Crème de banana
- 1 part Pineapple juice
- 1/2 Banana
- 2 Cherry
- 2 parts Cream
- 1 part Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Ziz all except banana & cherries in liquidiser. (This should be frothy & opaque)
Pour into champagne flutes.
For best effect suspend the banana and cherries on a cocktail stick, balanced across the top.
