Pour the Grand Marnier and Elderflower into a glass filled with ice, add the equal parts of Champagne and soda water to the glass so the cocktail is near the top of the glass. Drizzle the campari in the top and gently stir. Garnish with a sliced strawberry and a slice of orange.
